Coaching Positions Available Location: Frankston Tennis Club
1. Senior Coach. Looking for an enthusiastic coach of any age who has proven ability to sustain and develop a successful coaching program. Successful applicants should have previous exposure to a 4-6 year old program, squad training, group coaching (juniors & adults), Private lessons, fitness classes and holiday clinics. Additionally key attributes of the successful applicants should include - Good communication skills - Well Presented- Honest and Trustworthy- Highly organized- Energetic- Must be Reliable - Willing to take on further responsibilities- Ability to think on your feet - Punctual (Must have your own transportation)- Passionate about your work The successful applicant should be Tennis Australia qualified - Club Coach Level, although junior development level would be considered, depending on experience. 2. Emergency / Fill in Coach/es. We would like a couple of emergency coaches on our list who would be available at short notice to fill in for other coaches that are sick or away. Prefer level 2 / Club professional qualifications, but would accept level 1/ Development coach. Premium pay, considerably above recommended TCA rates would be paid. 3. Pro Shop Sales Person This position would suit someone aged 15 to 17 years and is part time Possibly looking for a part time person, may one or two nights per week. Hours are Monday to Friday 3:50pm to 7pm. Pay is $27 per evening. (perhaps also Saturday morning) Responsibilities include racquet sales, restring advice, taking money for coaching & club and customer service. Applicant needs to be conversant with Microsoft excel & access. To start in February 2012
